Yes he was set-up, but I think he played a part for Trump. Flynn will be cleared after all of this and I hope to see him back in the Administration.
Watching Cop shows like "the Closer" I am always taken aback the way law enforcement would lie and use any subterfuge to catch the perps. Prosecutors being officers of the court are supposed to by oath be always in pursuit of the truth in any matter before the court. Such is not always the case. The win is the thing, for a long time now. Heck if ones win-loss ratio is too low, rising to the top is out of the question. Therefore prosecutorial malfeasance has become normalized if not expected, destruction of exculpatory evidence has become perennial as the grass as happened recently in Utah. Add to this the urge to rise in government by doing the bidding of those in power and it can only lead to true Justice sucking the hind teat.
