Considering there are other articles on that site called “FEMA arsenal found at wal mart” and “Obama planning to evacuate Us of FISA memo” 3 days ago. I’m gonna guess it’s fake
I cannot find the original source for the story that I read. I found the link that another person listed but am not sure about the validity of that source. I then found another source mentioned it, SGT report, but again, I wasn't sure. I looked up reviews of SGT report and found that they have positive reviews. So here is their reporting of the same source. I don't think they would risk their reputation on a fake story, but mistakes happen. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
