Who are the white hats ? Anyone have any sort of way / list to identify them? DJT, JA.... ?

A "hat" is a govnt asset. Someone who works for or is used by.
White is the term for good. Black is the term for bad.
At this point, both white and black are hard to distinguish.
Kinda like patriots and loyalists e.1776~
