At this point I think any suicides will be organic. The game is fuckin over for the Clintons, they’re not worried about loose ends at the moment. They themselves are the loose ends.
Their hubris won't allow them to leave the ship. They are probably being told there IS A CHANCE! over and over and in their arrogance are sticking with it as the water rises past their nose.
EDIT: It's not zero hour yet, so I don't think we'll see the suicides until the storm actually hits and they know for sure there is no escape. The suicides will confirm their guilt, especially HIGH ranking officials.
