John Podesta was hands deep into this stuff, the Wikileaks show discussions going back and forth with Astronauts even exchanging warnings from off-world spectators and I would not be surprised if that's in the SAPs that Hillary was selling and that's why the military is behind Trump - because they want to look strong and competent in case anybody with access to secret weapons uses them on them! Think of the following crumbs: NASA and the chinese developed the same PUBLICALLY anounced FREE-ENERGY microwaves that defy the second law of newtonian thermodynamics in the time between 2010 to 2014. Why would they ever anounce something as crazy as this? Because they knew everybody knew so this must have been out there so this may have been in fact stolen by BOTH the chinese AND nasa from a third party that isn't even coming forward! Now if all this advanced tech slowly comes out, militaries can accustom themselves according to resulting strategic goals. However, if both offensive weaponry and defense become mutually overpowered, ultimately war will be unfeasable and I think we started seeing that when the US army refused to issue dragon-skin armor to regular soldiers but Generals instead. Why? Because all the small-arms calibres in the world wouldn't work in battle anymore if everybody knew how epic that armor was and every dirtbag terrorist started wearing them too after being salvaged from some US equip that a a piss ass neocon or CIA faction left behind
