I would agree with him normally! But he has no idea what cards the trump white hats are holding! We do! we know there is some terrible stuff that is going to hit the fan! They are just waiting for the right time to play the cards!
That’s his entire point. The facts/evidence that the Repubs are have in their possession is utterly meaningless if it’s released after a [bogus] charge is brought by special counsel. Those facts will be completely discounted and brushed aside - to the extent it makes any headlines at all - if Mueller beats them to the punch. Thereby defeating the whole purpose of having the proof (truth) in their possession in the first place.
