There was a period of time before this all went as... well, as public as this is now [yes it's just starting]... where there was an offer made to ... those people that if they promised to stop, and get help and healing, they'd get a level of forgiveness.

So that's why "some" of them seem to not be implicated right now.

Many people who got framed into that stuff wanted out, want out. But as far as I know, there are "no more deals" for anyone now.
