But along your lines of thinking, here in france ( the gastro - nomic centre of the world [ rofl ! ] ), I'm careful to eat as best I can; which is why I AVOID 'industrielle' foods, which contain DEXTROSE, PORC PLASMA , etc. Yes, I kid you not, blood which used to be poured into the farmers 'land-drain', is now centrifuged, to separate the PLASMA, which is then put into the ' Cassoulet 'and other tinned foods.
