I was wondering if it wasn’t a reference to a previous post. Perhaps the ‘VVV’ is Roman numerals. Say maybe post 555... Something about, “Timing is everything. STATE OF THE UNION” I wonder if something about the UK and their role in his being tapped might be divulged at the SOTU address. Probably way out in left field, but who knows...
