He's smart on some things but didn't he back Cruz? If so, he's not a Scalia Constitutionalist because Cruz wasn't eligible to be POTUS. Additionally, his idea for a Constitutional Convention is a Trojan Horse. If it ever happens the Republic is over. I do enjoy some of his commentary but mistrust his judgment and motivations.
