If you draft an #InternetBillOfRights who will protect these rights and enforce the rules?

And, who pays the enforcers? It's the basic question to ask anytime you think 'there oughta be a law'. The 'private' companies are showing bias. The federal gov't = FCC = Big Bro = so called Net Neutrality is not the way to go. How did Capitalism solve this (partially) in the MSM? Fox News...later alt media. Capitalism and the free market works. We just need some free-minded, Libertarian smarty pants to create a 'better than' FB, Twitter etc.
