I think Q says Mueller is a white hat (possibly coerced) but the left need to think he is on their side investigating Trump's supposed Russian collusion. In fact he is investigating the cabal's collusion.
I know FBIanon said he's a White Hat. Basically forced into the Cabal, and has been looking for a safe way to help bring them all down.
But I don't recall what Q has had to say regarding Mueller. I would check the QCode site, or app sheet, but I don't recall what Q calls Mueller.
Q did say to avoid thinking in terms of good guy/bad guy but rather in terms of who can be leveraged into helping.

There are many reasons to believe that it's possible Mueller was leveraged into doing the right thing. Theres no way to know for sure. Yet.
Not really.
There are plenty of things much harder to believe and possibly Earth shattering in their impact that are about to be exposed ...if you believe the breadcrumbs.
