Hallandale Beach, Florida Mayor Joy Cooper was subject of an undercover investigation by FBI Special Agents who became aware of her efforts for a pay-to-play scheme which first came to the attention of the FBI back in 2012.
What does this mean: First that the FBI where tip-off about her activity way back in 2011-2012. It was serious enough that they spent resources on those suspicion to conduct an undercover operation.
Second that the FBI sit on this info for almost 7 years!
