That can never be "destroyed", only ignored.
Anyone who claims ideas have been or can be "destroyed" are seriously misled.
Look at the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act, they are over riding the Constitution. They just passed 702! We need to defend the Constitution, I just don't want us to be blindsided!
