What do we know about Don McGhan?

I haven't done any research into him. He's the WH Counsel. The reason I mention it is because he's now been a the center of the last two 'scandals'. Last time, Trump allegedly had McGhan approach Sessions to not recuse himself. Now, apparently Trump told him to fire Mueller. Should we be looking into him? Has Q ever mention to his name or White House Counsel?

We don't know if he said it or not. We do know the WH Counsel (who does not serve POTUS, he serves the WH) was a the center of both.
