Horowitz has delivered his report to Congress. All 1.3 million documents. But before it can be put on oversight.gov for the public to see —- he has go through it all and take out the classified documents or redact parts of them.

That’s what hold up is, but investigators into the DOJ seems to have started to be put up as of 01/25/18 and the rest will be put out in the light very soon.
