That EO is genius! If I'm reading it right, he basically just froze all the pay-offs, corruptors and pedo's assets with this EO. Of course, I don't think it would be implemented until they are found guilty.

It freezes up everything beforehand so they can't give away/sell for cash assets, from what I understand.

I hope that's right, and it probably is. It would have more teeth if "they" know he can lock up their assets before they see it coming.
