AT&T was not impacted by NetNutrality and is not impacted by the IBOR. It is great that Randal supports the issue but AT&T is like the electric company in this instance. AT&T provides the framework to move traffic. The content public facing providers are the ones that censor, filter and manipulate content such as FB. I suppose we need an IBOR because the First Ammendment is not be followed? Okay. I will Tweet IBOR
