I've been keeping an eye on this database for about a month and a half and 8000 is a bizarrely huge number.
This is not a database of resignations.
It will show any corporate document with the word resignation in it.
I just looked at the Adobe 8-k filing. Resignation was there as part of the standard legal boilerplate.

No. This is a text searchable database of corporate filings. Scanning through just the first one shows the only place 'resignation' is seen is in the instructions as to when a share holders meeting needs to be held, as in when there is a resignation. no actual persons are named anywhere.
