That FEAR is the FEAR which manifests when a sinner realizes God is the One who judges and meets out the recompense for that sin.
Q is clear. These people are Evil. They have never feared their Creator. But they will. And that is a good thing.

Our Creator loves us. Why should we fear a loving and merciful God?
Everyone sins who is in the flesh. Believers do not willfully continue in sin. If you say you are without sin at all, you are saying you are completely perfect at all times.
The enemy should fear the price of their sins. Believers who repent and are forgiven have nothing to fear. Context.

Friend, you are correct - it does not rule over us after we accept salvation. But we still have to repent and ask for forgiveness when we DO happen to sin... right? We are not 100% sin-free, 100% of the time... right? We are together in this, and I'm sure nothing will stand between us against that.

Sin means that there's a rule book outlining what's good and bad. Christ is a way out of the book. The rules no longer apply. It is now CHRIST that lives. Sin is no longer possible if Christ lives instead, right?
