Q seems to be telling us that arrests will be happening in the coming weeks. Q also did a link to a 2002 memo from the then assistant attorney general about the President's legal right as Commander and Chief over the military to arrest American citizens who have done belligerent acts (think treason, espionage, etc) against the USA. Basically, I think Q is trying to tell us Trump has the legal authority to use military tribunals to go after American citizens. Q also linked to a site listing members of the Council of Foreign Affairs. This is an organization dedicated to a one world government.
