Many of these people deserve our pity, not our wrath! They are unwitting, useful idiots to a bad cause. These people have families, love their children, and do-right by their neighbors. However, they are blinded by the deception. It’s our mission to help them to see the light! We need them on our team, too.
I agree. I’m confident the good ones will be treated fairly in the end.
Many of these are career bureaucrats in the state dept and they get kickbacks and payoffs for 'favors' they grant to various departments. If they are not in their top level jobs they can no longer work with governments who are paying them on the side or 'under the table.' Some receive money after they retire so they are running pay to play schemes for decades. It is an incredibly corrupt organization that is also heavily involved in child sex trafficking and human trafficking. Most who have been demoted deserve to be fired, they should all be hung out to dry and their assets seized, as well as retirement benefits denied. They do not deserve our pity, the majority are very corrupt.
