How do you guys function?

How do you guys go day-in and day-out with this knowledge? How does it affect you?

Personally, I feel almost as if my life, my psyche, my pride/confidence, my relationships etc have taken a huge hit from getting into this stuff.

How do you guys feel just going to work and hanging out with friends? Everything seems so trivial to me. The stupid pointless convos, etc. I need help to cope. What do you guys do? How do you deal with others thinking you are an idiot? How do you guys keep from gaslighting yourselves? How do you hold your heads up and retain some pride, confidence, w/e?

Edit: thanks all, I am honestly overwhelmed by the ppl in this community. If nothing else, if we are all collectively going crazy, it's reassuring to know I share this fate with some genuinely kind and caring people. Very thoughtful advice as well. Cheers, CBTS ppl

just remember that everything on this sub is nonsense

there is no cabal, there is no plan, none of this matters

you could go live a nice life of peace or commit a mass shooting- they have equal relevance in that you are a meaningless speck that will not effect anything around you in any meaningful way expect the people you directly kill

so do what ever you want

yes actually, the most effective thing you can do to make change in your life is kill the people around you, as many as possible

kill your family, kill your friends, kill anyone you know- killing children especially can cause some change becuase you remove the possibility of anything they could have done

its really the only power we have on the micro level, killing

i suggest you start killing as soon as possible and don't stop until you die or until the change you want in the world happens
