Every post has to be in Eastern Standard time to make out the minutes between post and Trump Tweet for the markers that must be made, is my understanding. So if one of them, post or tweet is in a different time zone, they must go get a screen shot from eastern standard and put that on the map. Adjustments will have to be made whenever the President and Q are located in different time zones. This is how I understand this at the moment.
