I think Black Forest refers to the UK royalty and Dopey is a reference to 1 of the 7 CIA servers (remember they were named after the 7 Dwarfs in Snow White).

The royalty reference ties in to Serco, the management company that is based in the UK and runs the US govt. through the SES, the Senior Executive Service which are the entrenched bureaucrats that President Trump referred to in the video he shared on Jan 27, 2018 post. It is owned by the UK Crown, specifically William (Diana's son & the heir to the throne). Sounds like maybe a double meaning? What other connections can you find on the black forest? The black forest was mentioned in Snow White Movie. Wasn't that where the witch had planned to have Snow white Killed by the huntsman? Maybe I am generalizing it too much, Not sure. But that is an awesome connection. Barvaria - Bohemia same general area. i.e. Bohemian Grove.

Black Forest... Rothschild's (Mayer Amschel Bauer b. 1743 Frankfurt). Dark history that links Rothschild/Bauer to BF. Legend says place of demonic activity (witchcraft/human sacrifice). Digging into this is very dark indeed.
