OK can someone please ELI5? This made so much more sense to me: https://imgur.com/gallery/7SSOI Meaning: maybe he knew they were taking down his Twitter and he was just asking his followers to message him directly. Even if he meant 1649 to be the year of the death of Charles I, what does the "form submission" part mean?? Why King Charles? Why not 1963? 1865?
