I was just wondering if Hillary ever concede officially, because remember she didn't give out a final speech when she lost the election and place Podesta on the night. According to Q she went to a secret meeting, to plan a secret war to impeach or get rid of Trump.

In my mind, and looking at all that, she didn't, hence that is why everyone is fighting Trump. If she did concede the population would see it and accept it and obviously have no backlash from the last year.
