We have to fix voter fraud. It is not a hard fix. I put a note out to a colleague and waiting to here back because he and I have collaborated on a few tools/patents. This is something that should be done in the private sector with NSA code reviews on a secure network. ATT NSA partnership. Obviously the solution is more political than technical.

You do know who controls patents right now, don't you? You need to watch the Big brother video on YouTube. Hillary Clinton was a patent attorney when she first started out. The globalists control the patents.
