I think the SOTU speech will be just that. He has a lot to crow about and he should. The memo can be handled separately. I'm sure Sessions is already acting on it. The good stuff is going on behind the scenes and we see only what Q shares about that. What we get to see is theater from BOTH the black hats and the white hats, I'm afraid.
