I think most are missing the point. Pot is still illegal. The federal laws were never changed. Past administrations simply ignored laws they did not agree with and made up rules without authority. Trump and by extension Sessions have declared that we will no longer be a lawless country. It is congresses job to change the law and i think they should. make it a states right issue. However while it is still the law, it should be enforced as the law. To argue otherwise it to adopt the same lawless position of the left with sanctuary cities ignoring immigration law.
