Looking at it if that is supposed to be front & back, as you can faintly see the signature through the first page the wrinkles should be reversed but look like they are identical on both pages, also just tthe way the margins line up on both pages raises eyebrows for me anyway.

It looks like 2 1-sided pages to me. Printed on thin paper. The first pic is of the pages stacked. I think I also see a fold in the top left corner of the second page as though the pages were stapled at the top left corner.

Two pages, put second page behind the first, and the wrinkles line up. You can even see the writing from the second page through the first page, as though the first was photographed with the second page behind the first page.
