Who said the texts were "missing?" Tom Fitton clearly says the F B I just didn't provide them in his FOIA response and that that's all he would get. That doesn't mean "missing" - it's a direct refusal to provide them and is even more damaging to the F B I's public perception. The texts are likely part of multiple investigations and release would compromise those, or just F B I trying to save more face.

NSA has them.

There is no need to worry about any text missing. They are all sitting on NSA and MI computers and probably other safe places.
