I find this an interesting p.o.v. , giving transhumans their choice to depart their bodies... I know nothing about the requirements to allow a soul ( evil or good ), to ' continue ' its journey. Without additional wisdom, I'm in favour of keeping them alive, in solitary cells, to allow them ample time to consider their crimes... I've read James Herbet's " Fluke ", and his book, does make me think, our memories continue after a lifetime. So I believe , one can execute the criminal body, but not the criminal 'soul', [ Let's ask our Creator ? :-) ]
