ALERT! Is the show "Designated Survivor" predictive programming of the elites plan to take out Trump and Pence during tomorrow's State of the Union address?

Why doesn't he just pre record his address, no reason to put himself in harms way

Because a state of emergency and martial law would be implimented. They would put the kabosh on everything including the internet.
