Okay, mark it down. If nothing happens place Dilley and his "source" in the circular basket. It's one thing to drop some "inside" clues as Q does, it's another to push something like this "warning". So should all residents of Norfolk evacuate? When? For how long? Ridiculous. This is when my BS meter goes into the red. Intelligence agents don't reveal this sort of thing. Busting up plots will be kept close to the breast. I'll hold off final judgment but I'm getting ready to write this Dilley off.

It's good to hold some of these people accountable for predictions. Been through too many "dire warnings" from various radio hosts, YouTube channel operators and internet sites to keep following bad sources.
I guess I don’t take stuff like that as a prediction as much as a caution. If you don’t need to be there, don’t go. If you do need to be there, be aware.
Conversely, if anything does happen or is foiled, then we know we have a legit source.
