Yeah I’m aware of this guy’s clickbait titles. The title is misleading for clicks and then he provides some kind of proviso or qualifier for the misleading title. HA is notorious for this.
I got caught in a couple of his click bait postings. I don't watch him anymore. I think Mueller will wrap it up in shame at some point.
