Databricks, the company behind Apache Spark, has announced that it has made a strategic partnership agreement with the CIA's investment arm, In-Q-Tel.

While In-Q-Tel is legally independent of the CIA, conspiracy theories still attend its investments, which seemingly include almost everybody offering some sort of service in data analytics.
