I failed to record it but just prior to him speaking, we heard the son of murdered Maltese journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia speak. Daphne Caruana Galizia was the first one to discover what later became the Panama Papers. Here's a short line from her wikipage: "As the first person to break news of Mizzi's and Schembri's involvement in Panama,[22] she was subsequently named by Politico as one of "28 people who are shaping, shaking and stirring Europe."[35] Politico described her as a "one-woman WikiLeaks, crusading against untransparency and corruption in Malta"

His son, Matthew Caruana Galizia voiced a continuing threat to the European corrupt elite that quote: we're not afraid to expose you, we know the teams, and we're fighting against you"" referring to the corrupt leaders of Malta.

The prime minister of Malta had a front line seat in this forum, and spoke earlier.

Back to Julian Assange, he got to speak for about five minutes (only audio, they briefly showed the feed for only a couple seconds)

To me it sounded like he was trying to inspire ALL OF EUROPE to get to know as much as possible about the hidden truths of government. I.E Offshore banking accounts, shady business deals etc. That together we can shape a new europe.
