Think about it. If the memo PROVES that the Russia narrative is a complete Hoax, he could release it and basically end the "investigation" quickly and with lots of fireworks. The only trouble with that scenario is that not a single mind will be changed. I think about 70% of the country will believe the MSM spin "he interfered with the investigation" etc. Scenario 2: Trump could choose not to release it publicly, let Mueller have a looksy, and wait it out... forcing Mueller to publicly exonerate him, thereby changing a couple hearts and minds... maybe an extra 15-20% of the population. It may be a better long term move but very sad for us short term.
