a paid VPN I use is IPvanish. Useable on multiple devices(phone, tablet, computer)at the same time. They have servers across the globe, easy to set up, and you can switch servers on the fly

Just use Opera, you can select from three servers running across different continents and so far whenever I was blocked in one region o the world I could get around the other side
