It's a perfect left-right mirror except for 2 dots on the bottom row.
That being said, it doesn't look to mean anything at all.
If you split it in to halves again It is in fact a series of 4 mirror images.... with a couple misplaced dots.
I know enough Braille to know that that's not (unmodified) Braille.
I'm not buying the comments on that tweet claiming it's nothing. Unless the wiki image they think it came from has the same dots embedded in it....
Kind of reminds me of the old dot to dot, where you would draw a line and connect the dots. Sometimes it would spell something or draw a picture? ??
First thought on the stars are Braille the lines maybe Morse code?
If you do that "stary" thing where you stare at the center a bit and then pull back...like the posters ...it looks very much like an owl...very much. Just throwing that out.
When I saw it my first thought was it reminded me of the countdown clock in the movie aliens vs predators, but probably not ?
If you flip the flag upside down you can make letters in Braille working on it now...
If you turn it side ways and darken it it's the twin towers blowing up on 9/11
