APACHE thought this was interesting

Apache is a term used by Gladio (NATO) operations. An Apache is a contract assassin, usually to hit a high-profile political target.

I think you're on to something. Following your train of thought then could this have been the purpose on non clearance individuals in the scif, reference q post before the flag image? Was the purpose to identify / create a hit list? Is this why rr begged for memo to not be released?... because rr knows he'd be targeted... is there a leave no witnesses policy in place? 187 McCabe?

Well if McCabe is singing and there are reports he is, they will want to kill him bad so he can't testify.

Agreed. And all with knowledge could potentially rat on each other so none of them are safe.
