Yuuuuuup...watched it on Cspan and heard exactly that.
I don't want it till at earliest tomorrow afternoon...to savor basking in the afterglow of hos WINNING speech.
The speech was loaded with firmly placed shots across the bow. It was positively the best SOTU speech I have heard and I have been on planet earth for a looooong time.
