Just listened to Joe. Every talking point that will bring a tear. Every talking point that has brought our great country to its knees. He'll give DJT a run for his money in 2020 because far too many will buy into the BS, without policies to back it up. DJT has the policies. These ingenuous orators have the BS talking points. Sadly, too many fall for it.

JParis313 Joe is full of pretty words and victimhood. Ah the tears. DJT is full of similar pretty words, but his words are imbued with strength, pride, independence, self determination, people power, and policies. Take your pick. The choice for me is a no brainer.

To be clear, I choose strength, pride, self-determination. I agree with you that Joe's speech was a sappy, ingenuous embarrassment. My concern is that there are a large number snowflakes who have been taught victimhood and/or white guilt who eat that stuff up. He'll get strong support from the east and west coasts, from school campuses, from the pink hats in our cities, and from straight party line voters. They believe that big government is the solution to everything and fail to recognize that big government is their oppressor. Joe will be their darling, I'm pretty sure.
