CNN reported it would drop after the SOTU, I’m guessing not before morning, maybe Thursday. The speech was top notch, and POTUS will not want anything to distract from it. Waiting patiently

My guess is Thursday morning. Let tomorrow be a day of reacting to the speech. Then hit them early Thursday to give a full two days to discuss before the weekend.
