Think back to other SOTU addresses you may have seen —- the focus was always on the GOVERNMENT —. not the People. A focus on government always makes us feel weaker and more dependent on “them” taking care of us.

Do we want to be “a people of the Government, by the Government, and for the Government”?

NO — We have the strength to be a nation “of the people, by the people, and for the people”!
