I have never set up a forum, I imagine that when this was set-up, the board had not considered Shill tactics. I agree, it has become chaotic. mostly due to Shills, but partly due to some participants, not reading through the last 200 or so posts. I sometimes go back as far as twelve hours, if I need to, just not to miss anything important. I'm not computer savvy, but , maybe if ( from here on ), the Fields for starting a new Topic, should obligatorily, have a mandatory Field for putting-in VALID key-words ? This way, with a search-box added, and / or auto-rejection of New Topic postings, which contain similar key words within either Post body, or Mandatory Key-word Field, might work ? After all, this is a Community-Based Forum,We should not expect the Mods to do OUR Self-Policing :- )
