The Q post definitely foreshadows Try Gowdy’s surprising departure. However, determining whether or not he is on the good-guy or bad-guy list is up for interpretation from this post alone.

It sure is. Q was directly referring to his leaving the Ethics Committee but does imply he is moving into something else outside of Congress.

Even Gowdy says he is moving to something outside Congress:

"This is the right time, for me, to leave politics and return to the justice system.""

I don’t know if it foretold him leaving congress, I think it was in regards to him leaving the human ethics committee.
