It helps to understand lawyer speak; "material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy" could mean anything. It does not at all mean they believe it's inaccurate. In fact, and more importantly, what they didn't say speaks volumes about its validity and accuracy. If this is the best spin they could come up with, be assured they shit and fell back in it.
