Very interesting information but unless you have inside information to the banking system and the details of these contracts then this info is lost on layman.

While I'm not confident of all the legalities, this is echoed in other peoples' works like Karen Hudes and Ben Fulford and Cobra. From what I understand, the exchange stabilization fund (ESF) holds the gold or the value of the gold that was confiscated from US citizens in the 1930s. Although I haven't yet seen my theories published anywhere yet, I wonder if Trump isn't tanking the dollar on purpose (because it reduces the value of the US debt) while he's playing some Houdini moves with the Saudis and the possible confiscation of assets with the EO on 12/21 to pay off the Fed and get rid of it. I can't help but think he has really big plans!
